Using the service

You may use the tools for lawful personal or commercial work. You are responsible for the files and information you submit and for checking the results before relying on them.

You must not use the service to process unlawful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or harmful content, or to interfere with the service or attempt to access it without authorization.

Availability and results

We work to keep the tools available and accurate, but the service is provided as is and may change, become temporarily unavailable, or produce results that require your review.

Files and privacy

Temporary uploaded files are removed after processing where server-side processing is required. See our Privacy Policy for more information about data handling.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. Daily File Tools and its interface, branding, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
